This workshop is designed to introduce students to arm balance fundamentals. Students will learn the foundations for creating the shape of baby bakasana, parsva bakasana, eka pada koundiyasana 2, and bhujapidasana. This class will be low heat and high fun! Note: Arm balances are sometimes more accessible than inversions (when our legs are above our heart) so these poses may be closer than you think!
